Our Inner Circle began as a group text message where we would share quotes, pictures, stories etc that we thought others would like. From there is has grown to not only text messages but phone calls and zoom meetings. In these meetings we discuss anything anyone wants to discuss. The purpose is to add value to another person. Four heads are greater than one head.

The call you are going inside today started as a text about a Jesse Itzler video I watched about cleaning out 2023 and some useful guidelines to plan for a great 2024! Before we got to that we had an impromptu discussion about the role of parents in our program and parent meetings. We then jump into the Jesse Itzler information about planning for 2024. The last topic was a discussion about confidence, self confidence, self worth and worth. This was some behavior skills and thoughts Chance has been working through and wanted to run it by us and collect our thoughts. What was planned for 20 minutes on a Tuesday morning, turned into 1 hour and 45 minutes. But it was priceless.

What to look for in an inner circle? People who can add value to your life. Various people have various strengths and together they can all teach you something. If you do not currently have an inner circle, ask some people that you look up to if you can shoot them some questions from time to time and before you know it, you to will have an inner circle that you can bounce life things off of.
