Now, although he's a buyer's agent, we have a chat to him about the strategy that he is employing to get fairly instant equity in his investments, over a short timeframe in this market. We also talk to him about the renovation projects that he worked on before he started this business, the splitter blocks that he's doing with a business partner; we talk to him about buying old '60s and '70s strata title blocks and undertaking major renovations as part of a syndicate, and just ways that investors are making money in the market that we're in at the moment.
