And even though it’s supposed to be a fun and freeing experience, Sonia T. always feels like she’s getting ready for war because she has to prepare for so many things. Sonia C. has always wanted to go but hasn’t had the chance to yet. She feels at this phase in her life, she’d rather live vicariously through Sonia T. instead!

Sonia C. isn’t sure what’s happening, maybe it’s due to what’s happening in the world, maybe our planets are not quite aligned right, but there’s a lot of people whose vibes are off. Out of the blue, people are flipping out on one another. It happened to one of Sonia C.’s friends, and it even happened to Sonia C., where a client from her past reemerged blaming her for all the wrongs that happened to him/her over the last few years. Wow! Lots of energy to manage here. 

 

What can you do to better manage your energy, especially when you get blindsided out of nowhere by other’s outbursts? Empaths are sensitive, so these unexpected busts of energy can be incredibly draining or downright traumatizing! If we try to take on someone else’s poopy diaper, we end up getting sucked into their negative energy. By doing this, we’re violating our own boundaries, and other people's boundaries as well! 

 

Question of the Week: It’s a lot easier to get a hold of people’s vibes in person, but what do I do for the online world? I can’t get a read on them so it’s harder to give advice!
