Forget Emily in Paris, we sent Josh Lunn over to do a half marathon and then catch the sites of Paris this week. Solid run out from Josh and he talks us through his lead-up to the race and some language barrier hurdles he had to navigate.

 

Shane has knocked out another consistent training week in his build to Telford and manages to include a couple of Dad jokes in his training roundup.

 

Aaron hit a 5k time trial hard and it ruined him for the rest of the weekend, which included a trip to go pick out his Christmas tree.

 

We round up the results from the Euro XC trials in Liverpool and talk through all the usual segments.
