There are five planets in retrograde this week and Sonia C. has really been feeling the drain. Sonia C. has just been fighting an uphill battle all week and her spirit has just been blah. Sonia T. feels it also. We are all being cosmically crushed right now. Maybe this is just a message that we need to stay put and stay inside.

One of the things that keeps people from being intuitive is the fear of disappointment. Sonia T. had a gut feeling that her trip with her sister was just not going to happen. She was putting off the planning of the entire trip and then she’d have sprints of guilt that she had to get through it. Something was definitely energetically off. Sonia T. felt it a week ago and just couldn’t explain why and her ego brain kept trying to push her/force forward because it was afraid of being disappointed. 

 

Sonia T. can’t explain why her bags weren’t already packed to go see her sister. Sonia T. can’t explain why her body was resisting it, but she doesn’t need to know. She is just reminded that something inside of her was connected to the real energy around it and her logical brain was just trying to bypass it. It’s an important reminder to just trust your intuition. 

 

Question of the Week: I have a very sensitive, empathic 5-year-old boy. How can I help support him when he’s out of the home and with other children? He gets overloaded. 

 

Tool of the Week: Sometimes you’re in an exploration period to search for the next meaning. It’s okay to not have direction/purpose/a goal every single waking moment of your life.
