Today I talk with Baylor from the Rodale Institute in Kutztown, PA. Baylor is the Animal Husbandry and Field Technician for the institute and focuses on their pastured pig operation. The Institute is a beautiful farm that not only has hands on experience in various sustainable agriculture endeavors, they also are a research facility that tracks and collects data on their various efforts at improving the sustainable agriculture model.
