Josh is carrying on with his motto of run, don't jog and despite staying up until 5am on New Year's eve (on the computer, not out), he still managed a good 18mi at sub 6s.

 

Shane caught the sickness via the airwaves from Aaron and had to back out of his intended session.

 

While Aaron managed for the second week this year, and probably the 2nd week in the last 15 years, a week where he didn't record a single run.

 

Here's to a big 2023.
