I am really excited to introduce to you, Carly Hunter. Carly is a yoga teacher living in New York City. The whole world is feeling the effects of the pandemic and one of the hardest hit places in the United States is New York. I learned so much during this conversation about the state of affairs in the Empire State and what it is like to be living in a densely populated city during a time of strict social distancing.
