Big show coming your way with lots of results to cover this week.

Shane has been racing down in London and despite not getting a stitch he isn't going to use any other soft excuses to justify his sub par performance.

Josh is now over in Spain, for six weeks (alright for some), but spent most of his week running laps of Battersea park at sub 6s. He has a big midweek marathon pace run to talk us through, as well as answering why Normatec are his go-to for recovery.

Aaron has just about recovered from his outing at the 30k and this week has a positive outlook on things...
