Here’s a little bit on my almost 9-month pregnant client, Alyssa. She’s an entrepreneur who at one point -- thrived off of all the shit she could get done w/o rest. She also experienced a loss while all her friends were pregnant or having babies. She knew what she needed most was to slow down, rest and grieve/feel what she’s been through and be in the magic of what she wanted to create and what kind of life she wanted to have – instead of the life others expected of her. But she didn’t know how to do this without guilt. Sound eerily familiar NAME? Alyssa signed up for Fertility Mind-Body Mastery in January 2021. And learned how to do it, without guilt. This doesn’t mean it was easy per se. (if it was, she would’ve already been doing it.) But the coaching and the program gave her the roadmap. Her journey was one of detoxing her productivity, validating her feelings of loss, and embracing her creativity with something as simple as painting. In this week’s podcast, Alyssa shares her journey with you and what she learned inside of the program. As you listen, I want you to note how oh-so-UNCOMPLICATED her journey to conception was. It was a simple, artistic and feminine approach to her baby girl. It’s refreshing. Eye-opening and I hope you soak up every last word.
