Dave, Katie, Cal, Gav and Sean speak with Tour of Tameside winners from 2023. Helen Ansell is a Stadium Runner and Matt Cooper is a Salford Harrier. Both talk about how they trained for the Tour, what their favourite and least favourite stage is, what they would do differently and if they are running this year. Helen talks about her running marathons, being coached by previous winner Joe Baker and will she join Glossopdale Harriers? Matt talks about why he moved to Salford, why he did back to back marathons as well did he go into the tour going for the win.
