Evening all, another big episode is here. Plenty of news to talk through with talk of Kipchoge in Boston and Naomi Mitchell (Campbell) in Manchester.

 

Shane has been pacing/flat out racing at Lincoln 10k and got the best seat in the house to see Abbie Donnelly go 11th on the all time British 10k rankings.

 

Aaron has been busy dodging the wind indoors and out, and even had to hurdle his laptop while on the treadmill this week.

 

While Josh is busy finalising his prep for London and feels like he is barely running, despite a couple of final sessions being ticked off.
