Karla Mosley is an LA-based actress and producer who currently plays Maya Avant on "The Bold and The Beautiful." Karla met Holly at a silent meditation retreat in 2016 and (once they could talk) they immediately bonded as women in recovery, among other things. In this episode, Karla talks to the girls about her eating disorder history, her ongoing recovery, and what it's like to go through these things as someone in the public eye.
