Episode 87: 3 End-of-the-Year Organizational Tips for Special Educators

As we are wrapping up yet another school year, I know better than anyone how easy and how tempting it is to just want to be done. 

There is so much going on at the end of a school year…field days, parties, assemblies, yearbook signings, finishing up reports and paperwork and you get to the point that you are exhausted and ready to pack up and head out.

But think about this instead...
If you could just take a couple of hours in the spring doing a little prep work to prepare for the next school year and you got to come back in the fall all organized and ready to go...would you do it?

I sure would! In fact, I've changed camps on this one.

Instead of shoving things into a closet, piling items into tubs or stacking materials onto shelves, I've made these 3 adjustments to help get organized and be in a better frame of mind come fall.
