Anyway, Shane managed a 10k race last week, which was good, but his run the following day was the opposite in more ways than one.

 

Josh is in love with cycling, he's gone full Tour de France mode and is challenging for all sorts of Zwift crowns on Strava.

 

Surprise, surprise, Aaron is ill again (might just copy and paste this into the footnotes of every episode), so he gets grilled by Shane and Josh on his silly approach to a comeback.
