The boys are back after a brief hiatus due to Aaron being poorly in Florence.

 

Josh is smashing plenty of Zwift action on the bike and has even been doing some virtual racing over the last couple of weeks.

 

Shane is getting a little bit of consistency together in his running, he just needs to sort his life management out now.

 

Aaron is... you know what, I can't be bothered to type it again.
