Another big show coming your way and this week we're joined by Phily Bowden fresh off her 2:29 clocking on Copenhagen. She talks us through the race, her training and her life as a content creator/athlete with Team NB Manchester.

 

Josh has progressed a little this week and he can now wear trousers and even manages to do some strength testing with the physio, if you can call it "strength" that is.

 

Shane is back doing sessions, but has some bowel problems as he tries to return to some intensity in his running week.

 

While Aaron is still moaning about long Covid, zzzzzzz.
