This week on the Sportlight Podcast we talk about having the courage to do the work even when it requires you to take some social risk. We talk about doing the work with individuals in our schools and communities in a way that makes a difference instead of just clearing a conscience.

A 12 U Football Coach was called out of retirement to play in the NFL playoffs and helped lead his team to a Super Bowl. Sounds like a Disney Movie but Eric Weddle did just that. We review some of his post-game comments and look back on some of the things he taught us a few months ago. It is a great listen from a great man.
