“Every day is a struggle, but I am lucky”

Flan, Ali and Spida speak to Bali Bombing survivor Glen Foster as today is the 20-year anniversary. Glen talks about the day like it was yesterday, from the moment he woke up to the heartbreaking moment the bomb went off. He remembers the exact time and moments, as then to the moment the bomb went off. He said, “we actually heard the first explosion at that stage I didn’t realise it was a bomb”, he says it was about 5 seconds before the next one.

He was standing behind two girls, from Sydney who “unfortunately didn’t come home”, it’s something that still haunts him to this day.
