I am a naturopathic doctor with nearly 15 years clinical experience and decades of competitive sport adventures. I am passionate about inspiring women to feel strong in their body and mind leading to increased confidence and courage to make lasting changes to their health. I am here to show women how to strategically implement changes so they can access more energy, increased sports performance and be that amazing person they want (and deserve) to be.
I believe that exercise builds confidence, nurtures courage, grows resiliency and enables connection. Connection with your own body. Connection with others and their struggles. Connection with the environment. Connection with your whole mental, emotional, purposeful self.
I believe that sport and exercise teach us to connect and listen to our body and build the mental and emotional skills to overcome challenges and obstacles. Exercise can be a connection to our true selves.
Through my diverse experiences in sport and extensive medical training, I help women develop the skills to listen to and interpret their body’s signals to create change in their health and communities – and change the world!
