Full disclosure, Tim Collins is one of our longest time clients hence he’s bought and held properties for several years in order to get rich slowly. He’s also taken our Stock Hacker Academy courses. He’s switched careers a couple times from high paid tech executive to now a Real Estate Agent.  Moved his family from Orangeville, Ontario to Nanaimo, BC for warmer weather and a view of the ocean.
