Expectation is a powerful force in every person's life and one of the biggest drivers of motivation. Expectation influences our decisions on every level. Whether it's the macro life decisions we make or the micro moments of our personal interactions. While expectations can certainly keep order in the world, if not questioned or evaluated, living for others expectations can also prevent us from making progress as a society or keep us from living our own life purpose. In this episode we'll explore what can happen when we give away our agency to the expectation of others, as well as what can happen when we have the courage to follow our own path.
