In this meditation we'll practice mindfulness with our eyes open. While this may feel different for some, this practice can help us bridge the gap between being aware of the present moment during meditation and being aware of the present moment outside of meditation. For most of us, the real value of meditation is in supporting us to show up better when we're not meditating, and this practice is a way to intentionally bring the mindfulness of meditation into the rest of our day.
