Two high-profile cases that came before the U.S. Supreme Court truly had the legal teams at Big Tech sweating bullets because they gave the court an opportunity to reevaluate Section 230.

Section 230 is the legal provision that exempts online platforms like Google, Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter from being held liable for content that’s posted by their users. It’s basically the small part of the U.S. legal code that allows them to be treated as platforms rather than as publishers.

After months of legal back and forth, in a unanimous decision Thursday, the Supreme Court sided with Twitter, Google, and Facebook—although, in an interesting turn of events, the court actually side-stepped the question of Section 230 altogether.

According to a new study that was published in the Nature medical journal, it turns out that people who received the mRNA-based Covid vaccines have an increased risk of a serious eye problem.

Specifically, the Taiwanese researchers behind this paper found that the risk of Retinal Vascular Occlusion (RVO) increased significantly after a person received a covid vaccine.

For your reference, RVO occurs when a blood clot blocks the blood vessels which carry blood to and from the retina. This lack of blood flow can, among other things, cause sudden vision loss. And, for a while now, it’s been known that RVO is more likely to occur in people with things like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, or other related health problems that affect the normal flow of blood.

However, we can now add to that list: those who took an mRNA injection.

According to a new statement put out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is no longer available in the United States.

Specifically, the statement says: “[The] Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine is no longer available in the U.S. All remaining U.S. government stock of Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine expired May 7, 2023. Dispose of any remaining Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.”

This means the U.S. government has stopped purchasing the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, all of the remaining vaccines they did purchase expired ten days ago, and therefore, all doses are to be discarded.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine was one out of the four approved for use within the United States. Those four were the Pfizer mRNA vaccine, Moderna’s mRNA vaccine, Johnson & Johnson’s adenovirus vaccine, and Novavax’s vaccine (which contains a nanoparticle version of the spike protein).

However, with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine off the market, there are only three players left.

Last month, for the first time ever, 3 people received compensation from the US government for the injuries that they sustained from the COVID-19 vaccine.

However, at the moment, there are still over 7,700 people still awaiting a decision regarding their compensation cases.

To this day, 362 applications have been flatly denied.

However, what appears to be happening is that government officials are superseding the medical opinions of actual doctors in order to deny compensation to the vast majority of applicants.

In fact, according to government documents that we here at the Epoch Times were able to review, it turns out that U.S. bureaucrats within this compensation program have been rejecting these people’s vaccine injury applications, despite the fact that medical doctors have diagnosed these people with having vaccine injuries.

According to a new investigation, many of the popular fast-food joints here in America are selling products labeled as “chicken,” but inside is a slew of other ingredients—things like seaweed, beef, soy, protein powder, and even wood pulp.

Furthermore, this investigation found that in some of these fast-food restaurants, their statement that “Many products only include 60 percent meat alongside additives and proteins” included their chicken products—meaning 40 percent of the product is things like additives, preservatives, and other different proteins.

One of the reasons that America became such a massive global powerhouse, is because for the last 250 years, Americans pretty much invented the modern world.

Whether it’s the automobile, the airplane, the computer, the Internet, the telephone, the lightbulb, the steamboat, the cellphone, the refrigerator, microchips, air conditions (or even things like fractional reserve banking, credit cards, and mRNA vaccines) — good or bad, they all came from America.

And the reason that so many inventions came from the U.S. is likely 2 fold.

Firstly, our system of government and free-market economy unleashed the human potential and ingenuity of a massive population.

Secondly, America developed a solid system of patents which effectively protected intellectual property rights. For the last 200 years, if you invented something novel in America, you can be fairly certain that you can monetize your invention, and have a recourse if someone chose to steal it.

However, like almost every other institution in our country, the patent system has been getting more and more corrupted over last several decades.

And in order to explain how this happened, and what that corruption looks like in practice, I spoke with Mr. Randy Landreneau — the President of an organization called US Inventor, which is working to restore the American Patent System.

Right now, in regard to the Second Amendment, there are two very strong forces moving in exactly opposite directions. On the one hand, over half of the states in America allow for constitutional carry—meaning that people can conceal carry their firearms without a permit.

On the other hand, the federal government is using its bureaucratic authority to reclassify certain gun parts as being illegal—and then sending out agents to go door to door to confiscate these so-called illegal guns.

Last month, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law a new bill called House Bill 543, a constitutional carry law. What it does in practice is strengthens the Second Amendment rights of people living in the state by allowing them to carry concealed weapons without a government-issued permit. Basically, as long as you are a legal gun owner, you are now allowed to conceal carry within the state—with the idea being that such a right is bestowed upon you by the Constitution itself.

With the signing of that bill, Florida officially became the 26th state in the nation to allow the concealed carry of guns without a permit, which means that over half of the states in the union are now permitless carry states.

Last week, we published ‘Part 1’ of a two-part series on the use of mRNA vaccines in the food supply..

In that earlier episode, we exposed the current state of mRNA-based vaccines in our livestock. As a recap: right now mRNA vaccines are in the midst of development for beef cattle (with millions of dollars in funding flowing to different companies doing this research — both in the US and abroad.) For pork, mRNA vaccines appear to have already been on the market since 2018, through a Merck-owned vaccine platform called Sequivity. On their website they promise RNA based customized vaccine prescriptions to pig farmers.

It’s not clear how many pig farmers are currently using these mRNA shot, but it appears to be on the market already.

In today’s episode, we cover the flip side of this coin: what happens to a person who eats meat that’s been treated with mRNA-based vaccine technology. And this question brings us into brand new territory, what the “experts” refer to as: edible vaccine technology – which has gotten a lot more advanced than you’ve probably realized.

After more than 100 days of congressional investigations, earlier Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee dropped a new bombshell report detailing how President Joe Biden’s family received over $10 million in payments, coming largely from foreign entities, and then furthermore, how the family used a giant network of shell companies to obfuscate the money.

However, oddly enough, despite the fact that this report is based on hard evidence, including bank records and company documents, it appears that there is a complete media blackout because no matter which news outlet you went to today—be it The New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Newsweek, the Washington Post, Vice, the Huffington Post, BBC News—the story was nowhere to be seen.

Kind of amazing to consider what “freedom of the press” actually means, when our supposedly “free press” here in America just seems to just run cover for the administration.
