  • CDC Director Admits Under Oath: Vaccines Do Not Prevent Transmission, Blames ‘Evolution of Science’ | Facts Matter

On Thursday, during a congressional inquiry in Washington, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the current director of the CDC, made a rather stunning admission. When asked about it, Walensky had to admit that the existing mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines—at least the ones that are currently available on the market—do not prevent the transmission of any of the current virus subvariants.

  • Major Update on COVID Vaccine Injuries: US Government Begins Compensating the Victims | Facts Matter

It was just confirmed that, for the first time ever, several people in the United States were given financial compensation for the injuries that they received from the COVID-19 vaccines.

According to new data put out by the Department of Health and Human Services, three individuals have received compensation through one of the federal government’s injury compensation programs—the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

One person who suffered anaphylaxis (known as allergic shock) received a $2,019 check, while two other people who suffered from myocarditis following vaccination received smaller amounts. One person got $1,582, while the other received $1,032.69.

And based on the extremely simplified way that the data is presented, you can’t know which vaccine manufacturer it was, nor who the individual was. You only know the injury and the dollar amount.

Regardless, even though the sums are small, this is still a monumental step, given the fact that since late 2020 when the COVID vaccines were first introduced up until now, this is the first time that the U.S. government has paid people who were injured.

  • 100s of Teenagers Wreak Havoc in Chicago; Interview With Shooting Survivor | Facts Matter

Chicago has been named the murder capital of the United States for the last 11 years running.

This comes as on Saturday evening, hundreds of hundreds of teenagers wreaked havoc in Downtown Chicago by smashing car windows, destroying both public and private property, setting cars on fire, and even attempting to enter Millennium Park—which then prompted a significant police response. There was even a shooting that resulted in multiple injuries. Two teenagers were wounded by the gunfire near the corner of Madison and Michigan.

However, these problems—all of the homicides, violence, burglaries, and general lawlessness—are destroying Chicago’s prospect of turning things around. That’s because, after years of enduring these problems (including a district attorney who refused to prosecute shoplifters if they stole below a thousand dollars worth of merchandise), many companies are packing up. Tyson Foods, Boeing, Caterpillar, Citadel, and Highland Ventures are all moving out of the state.

  • Ohio Refers 630 People to Police for Election Fraud; New Bill to Reform Election Data Analytics | Facts Matter

It used to be that secretaries of state were very little-known positions. However, after what took place in 2020, many people across the country have woken up to the fact that secretaries of state are actually incredibly important positions. They determine how a state’s election is run—and, as we learned in recent years, they also often decide which laws to follow and which to ignore.

For instance, during the pandemic, the secretaries of state in multiple states allowed for ballot drop boxes and mail-in voting provisions that were directly at odds with what was written in the law. However, since that election, states across this nation have moved in one of two directions: they have either gone the route of California, allowing for universal mail-in voting and explicitly not requiring picture IDs—or they have gone the route of Georgia by tightening up who can vote, when they can vote, limiting the use of drop boxes, and explicitly outlawing the practice of sending out mass absentee ballot request forms to everyone.

Now, the state of Ohio took a similar approach to that of Georgia. According to Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, they have not only implemented new legal provisions that make it easy to vote and hard to cheat, but also, his office has referred over 630 people to law enforcement because their investigations have found that those individuals were likely engaged in voter fraud.

  • Judge Rejects Manhattan DA’s Request for Temporary Restraining Order Against Jim Jordan | Facts Matter

Two days ago, Manhattan Attorney General Alvin Bragg filed an urgent request to enter a restraining order against Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio). But on the same day that he filed this request, the court rejected it.

This is because, on Feb. 7, a Manhattan prosecutor named Mark Pomerantz published a book titled: “People vs. Donald Trump.” In that book, he detailed both his investigation into the Trump Organization as well as the decision of the Manhattan district attorney to not indict Trump. This former Manhattan prosecutor had inside knowledge about the inner workings of the Manhattan DA’s office in regard to the Trump investigation. Pomerantz was one of the lead researchers in the case, as well as a critic of the DA for not getting the indictment.

And so, on April 6, the current chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan, issued an official subpoena to Mark Pomerantz ordering him to come to Washington and testify before Congress.

  • CDC Warning: Fatal Fungal Infection Spreading Throughout USA, Doubling Year over Year | Facts Matter

On Monday, President Joe Biden officially ended the COVID-19 national emergency.

For the past three years, up until Monday of this week, the federal government had in place a COVID national emergency, which granted the federal government certain emergency powers—among which was to be able to modify the requirements surrounding Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPPA regulations.

The COVID national emergency was first enacted on March 13, 2020, by President Donald Trump. Since then, it was renewed on 13 separate occasions—even after the administration admitted that the pandemic was over.

Regardless, now that the COVID national emergency has officially ended, the big question is: what is the next national emergency?

  • Manufactured Food Crisis: 3,000 Farms to be Shut Down in the Netherlands | Facts Matter

The Global War on Farmers just keeps chugging along. For instance, as you likely know, farmers in the Netherlands have been taking a stand for the past year now, and protesting against their government’s crackdown on the agricultural industry.

Since last year, they have been using their tractors to block traffic, shut down distribution centers, and peacefully protest against the Dutch government’s Green Agenda—an agenda that would shut down somewhere around 40 to 50 percent of the farms in the country.

However, after over a year of protests, the Dutch government appears to not really care. Which is rather bewildering when you consider the results of the most recent election. That’s because, just a few weeks ago, in March, elections were held across the entirety of the country. And a newly formed party called the Farmer–Citizen Movement party, became the single largest party in the Dutch Senate. So many people voted for them, that they went from having zero seats in the Senate, to have 17.

However, despite this electoral surge—the Dutch government is actually doubling down on its green agenda. In fact, just yesterday, the Dutch Prime Minister vowed to accelerate the implementation of the EU green agenda and force the farmers to cut their nitrogen emissions by at least 50 percent by the end of the decade.

And at the same time, under a new scheme that the government implemented back in October, 3,000 farms are about to be closed down across the country—and that’s only the beginning. And so, in order to get a clearer picture of what’s going on with the farmers, I took the opportunity to sit down and speak with Mr. Rob Roos—he’s a Dutch member of the European Parliament.
