Faiyaz Dossaji entered real estate with Keller Williams Fort Mill in 2015 after several years working in the DC area and overseas as a defense contractor for the U.S. military. Faiyaz enjoyed 2.5 years of successfully operating as an individual agent, averaging 30-40 closed units annually.

When Mike Morell got out of the Marine Corps and started to think about a career, real estate seemed like a natural fit. Mike started out doing real estate part-time while selling construction materials to home builders, then he got into new home sales and led the Charlotte division of the largest private home builders in the country in sales and customer service for nearly 8 years.

In January 2018, Faiyaz and Mike decided to take their experience, knowledge, and desire to serve more clients and provide better customer service by creating Carolinas Dream Team (CDT). In 2021, and in only its fourth year, CDT has over 26 team members, ranked #9 in all of the KW Carolinas Region, has helped 308 families, and closed over $108 million in volume.
