ACTIVITY
FAMILY NATURE WALK - look for signs of spring in your area! How many different kinds of buds can you find? (If possible, if it’s not a nature reserve or someone’s yard lol) bring samples home. Feel the different buds - some might be sticky, some might be soft! Look with a magnifying glass! Do they have different scents? 

PUSSY WILLOW COTTON BALLS
You will need:  

• construction paper
• cotton balls (small pieces rolled into little balls)
• brown crayon or felt pen
• glue. 

Instructions: After finding some pussy willows in nature children can draw some bare branches on their paper. Then simply glue the small cotton balls up and down the branch.
