He's a master coach and facilitator  focused on creating safe spaces that give permission for males to actively practice healthy traits that strengthen emotional muscle, communication, resilience, and help-seeking. He goes into male-prominent workplaces, sports clubs and schools to shake things up and get men talking about the stuff that we really need to be talking about in order to disrupt and dismantle the toxic masc, patriarchally influenced culture that is devastating men's mental health today. It's pretty cool shit!

We talk about his work with the organisations Tomorrow Man and Tomorrow Woman, his experience with facilitating meaningful conversations and growth in men and how he gets them talking about their feelings, his approach to fatherhood, the best sex advice he ever received from a teenage girl about cunnilingus, and of course he absolutely excels in the TMI story segment!
