About Amanda & Feel it to Heal it
Feel it to Heal it was born from my personal healing journey. For years, I sought ways to release emotional burdens, reconnect with my body, and feel truly whole. What I’ve learned is that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about learning to feel with compassion, presence, and gentleness.
