If your experience has been anything like mine this year, you have certainly traveled the spectrum of emotion.  Though we were meant to experience the entire spectrum of emotion in this mortal life, we often try to be selective about what we feel.  We humans like to avoid the uncomfortable feelings and seek after the more pleasurable ones.  In this episode we're going to explore why it is important to feel all of it and give a quick tool to help you be brave in feeling the feelings you don't want to feel, because of the reward to be found on the other side.
