There’s a lot going on in the world to digest at the moment and now more than ever we really need to up our self care and see if we can find some clarity and calm in the chaos.
Felicity Harley is one of the most respected editors in women's publishing, with more than twenty years in the game. She was founding editor of Women's Health magazine and was at the helm for nine years. She’s also written a book, ‘Balance and Other B.S.’ and is currently hosting the Body and Soul podcast, Healthy-ish.
In our chat, Felicity, a mum of three, talks openly about overwhelm, carrying The Mental Load and easy ways to look after ourselves a bit better. And she also calls out ‘cult wellness’ for exploiting exhausted women.
