-Self-hatred because I've "fallen off the bandwagon"

This episode talks about the importance of building a relationship with your body. You may not trust your body and your body may not trust you.
Reasons why:
-Trauma
-Downloads from our parents
-Abuse
-Self-hatred (allergies and autoimmune are often manifested because of this)
-Pre-birth trauma (especially with congenital issues)

And we complete a short meditation to clear issues around body trauma
