28. This is an extremely vulnerable episode for me, because it's all about my journey with being an angry girl. Ever since I was a young child, I have struggled to regulate my emotions, not be reactive, and feel safe in my surroundings. Lately, I've been talking to my therapist about why I'm more of the "fight" instead of "flight" type, and this episode is a combination of personal anecdotes and lessons from therapy that have helped illuminate to me why I am such an angry girl. The goal is the same as always - through honesty, self-reflection, and vulnerability, we can all feel encouraged to evolve and grow.
