When it comes to hardworking farriers, it would be hard to find one that surpasses Emilio Giannotti CJF TE ASF AWCF. Emilio is a farrier from Argentina that is also a veterinarian and a scholar. He has been a close friend for many years and we have traveled together doing FITS exams and clinics in Mexico and Argentina.

Emilio is fluent in Spanish and English and used his skills to translate Gregory's Textbook of Farriery into Spanish. Making it De Gregory. Enjoy meeting my great friend Emilio.

When it comes to my farrier career, there are few people that I owe more to than my guest today. Jim Keith is a farrier legend that has done so much for our trade, writing, teaching, competing, making tools, and sharing with any that asked. He wrote the introduction to my textbook over a decade ago, and I was honored when he wrote the back cover of my latest book For the Want of a Shoe, the Horse Was Lost

Jim's book, I Never Called Myself a Cowboy, is a wonderful look at the Cowboy way of life in the desert Southwest, and a fantastic read. It was such an honor to bring this interview to you, and I hope that you enjoy meeting Jim Keith.
