In this episode, I address a question that has been asked to me and about me many times – How do you know if a business mentor is the right one for you? To have a successful mentorship means that your mentor can put themselves in your shoes through personal experience. The mentor I needed changed over the years  –  first time business owner, to first time mom, to mom of two young children, and now mom of two teenagers – these are all very different stages of life that affect the capacity you are able to run your business.
