Gretchen Carlson and Julie Roginsky know the importance of using their voices to make a positive impact. Former Fox News employees who experienced sexual harassment, they have since dedicated themselves to advocating for change. In 2019, they founded Lift Our Voices, a nonprofit organization focused on ending the use of NDAs and forced arbitration in cases of workplace harassment, discrimination, and abuse. 

Through Lift Our Voices, Gretchen and Julie have helped pass two federal laws that protect victims of workplace sexual assault and harassment–and these victories are just the beginning.
