To hear Sean’s story from being told he would never amount to much at school to being a high flyer during his career in the Army and with the IED bomb disposal team. To then leaving the forces, having a rough turbulent time not knowing who he was or understanding his identity post army career. And then a phone call to give bad news and a working holiday to Syria changed his whole life around by finding Barrie, the adopted war dog and now runs a brilliant gym down in Thurrock with a great team and community there all buying into Sean’s ethos of training and lifestyle.
