FlowerPower: Fittest at 40!!

Welcome to the new spin-off inaugural episode!!

Goal! This show will be a bit different than the regular show…this will about a journey!

 

Why am I doing this? What’s my goal?

My goal is to be as fit as I’ve ever been in my life by the age of 40 years old, with the support of cannabis.

Measurable-s? My actions and routines…along with general strength measurables (endurance timing, strength gains, weights/bmi changes, etc).

 

Why?

First and foremost, to prove to myself I can do this.

I want to leave something for my kids…documentation of more positive influence I’ve left in the world…energy, and good vibes that I’m tossing out there.

There is no action that is too small…they all count!

I Progressively have been fitter every 10 years…and I want to see how long I can keep that up.

-I’m curious! :)

 

I also believe that if as a society we take time to focus on holistic health, we will thrive as a community and that positive energy has a ripple effect.

There’s buzz that “40 is the new 30,” and i want people to believe that they can be their best again mentally, emotionally, physically, etc.

I want to show my kids by example that this is possible, and for them to follow suit.

 

How?

-This will be a documentation of my journey.

The main show will remain as is; but this show will include a lot of solo time along with interviews with others.

-I also plan to document more on the website and IG, blogging, so be on the lookout for those.

Cannabis will be a supporting actor, but not the main character…those will be the actions!

Why? Because this is how cannabis, in my opinion, is best utilized to optimize life…not when your getting blazed 24/7 beyond any actionable capability…but when you’re using cannabis as a supporting actor to assist you with progressing your life forward.

I’ve experienced this personally, so now I want to share more of that with you.
