Get up the courage to do sth 鼓起勇气做某事 口语里常见的还有 pick up one’s nerve to do sth

 Phoebe 说 Rachel scrunchie= scrunchy 本意指女生扎头发的橡皮筋。俚语里可以指心中不快，心里堵个疙瘩

9. burn sb up 把某人惹毛了

 Burn sb up 把谁点着了 就是 惹谁生气了
