Former barber turned Regional Vice President, Dion Garcia was born and raised in Miami FL where he met his business partner and now wife Kixia Diaz. Dion was only 18 when he was first approached about the business by a client whose hair he used to cut but didn't get started until a year later. Fast forward, Dion and his wife now run a successful agency with over 100 licensed agents and make a strong six-figure income whether they personally see clients or not. 

 

Dion joins the podcast to talk about his journey to financial independence. He was able to make money as a talented barber growing up. When he started with Primerica, he was able to use his drive from cutting hair and pour that into his business.
