Meet Emma Lagerlow, mum of 4 (almost all teens), avid listener and founder of Mummaste.

This episode is one of my all time favourites as it tracks Emma's journey from an early dream of monetising her passions, right through to leaving her corporate job....and it all happened in well under a year.

If you're a mum of teens, you will absolutely resonate with Emmas vision of supporting women in this less focussed on life-stage.  As Em shares too many mums are forgetting to take care of themselves as they wait it out....because "I will worry about me later"
