We have one of our real estate clients in Mike Ferreira, an admitted introvert, shy guy.  He’s full time truck driver for the Beer Store but one day something switched and Mike started making educational videos on real estate and posted regularly to his Instagram.  

Then what do you know, someone approached Mike at a party, asked him for a meeting and was ready to be his joint venture, silent investment partner to buy a property together.
