“The approach that I take with my students is I'm going to give you everything I know, but you need to go out there and get beat up a little bit. You need to skin your knees. You need to come back a little bit of bloody to go, ‘OK, that doesn't work.’ Right. I can give you all the information. But until you put yourself through it and you mess up and look like a fool, you don't really learn it. I have to keep trying to get you to understand on your own that, ‘Hey, this is what works. This is what doesn't work. ‘ And a coach is not boom, a straight line to what it is that you want, but It's a much straighter line than just trying to figure it out on your own.”

He is the CEO of Hreha Investments, a company currently holding a portfolio of 158 units. Brad has written a book on multifamily investment and coaches private lenders and aspiring entrepreneurs wanting to get started in the multifamily investment business.
