Martin Burnham spent time flying as a crop duster near Imperial, Nebraska. However, his love and mission were to fly to remote airstrips in the Philippines delivering supplies to missionaries. In the Spring of 2001 he and his wife, Gracia, were taken hostage for over a year. Their story is a special Thanksgiving edition of Farming the Countryside.
