The GABA Podcast started as a response the Pandemic. Meditative soundcapes designed to instil a sense of calm amidst the velocity of modern life. It was therapy for me in a kinda poetic, whimsical and philosophical sense. The show ran for 5 years and covered a period of extraordinary change in my life and the world. There are over 60 episodes available to subscribe to in the Archive, over 10 hours of unconventional meditations. Please note access to the Archive is only available in Spotify.

love&kindness, that's what it's all about.
Practice of Home is a spoken-word reflection on belonging, care, and the quiet labour of creating somewhere safe to rest.
A meditation on home as a practice, not a place.
Things That Can Be Lost is a spoken-word piece about love, absence, and the quiet fear of losing what makes us human.
Using the story of falling in love with a tree — and living with its sudden disappearance — this episode reflects on grief, presence, and the unease many of us feel in an age of machines, optimisation, and thinning attention.
Set against a piano-led, orchestral soundbed, it moves from melancholy toward a gentler conviction: that love was never meant to be efficient, and care was never meant to scale.
This episode is part of an ongoing audio practice exploring language, sound, and what it means to remain human in a world that keeps asking us to move faster.
Not Everywhere Else at Once is a spoken-word piece about doomscrolling, attention, and the pull of constant elsewhere.
An urban meditation on overload, presence, and the moment the body interrupts the feed.
gaba.life
Greenland is a spoken-word piece set to an original piano and string score.
It reflects on ownership, power, and the quiet mistake of believing the world is something that can be claimed.
The music and voice were created through an experimental process using generative tools, guided and shaped by human intention.
Nothing here is rushed.
Nothing here is for sale.

Quietly supported by Agent Page, a project concerned with how people and organisations are interpreted by machines.
