Learning to allow and process your emotions changes your life, but that's not the only benefit. When you learn to process your own emotions, the emotions of your children are no longer a problem. You are able to hold space for them without trying to "fix" their feelings. There are few experiences more sacred than being with someone you love IN their pain and not needing to talk them out of it so you can feel better.
