My daily Living meditations are designed to be listened to while your work, move, create, and live your day - inviting more space and softness as you make living from your calm center a living practice in your waking life. Allowing the principles and core essence of meditation to be present in you in all that you do.
This is a low guidance practice for more experienced meditators who know how to relax and be present with ease, but simply need the reminder to do so more often. A great way to use this is directly after your sitting meditation practice as a way to move seamlessly into your day while remaining connected to presence.
I’ll be giving simple prompts every 20-30 seconds or so. Let each word or phrase be a call to presence, inner-softening, and re-alignment with the stable center of your being. Enjoy!
