Ask yourself what you can do to get the results you want. But never stop. Once you get to your goal, ask what else you can do. Can you reach out to more people? Can you be more innovative in the way you communicate with people? Get creative in the way you reach out to new people to recruit. Always be asking yourself "what else can I do?". Once you have that answer, act on it. And then keep going.
