This week, I'm excited to share a fascinating conversation with my good friend and colleague, Dr. Joseph Riggio.
Joseph and I have been friends for over 25 years, often exploring deep questions about human potential, transformation, and what it takes to live a truly inspired life.
Recently, Joseph sent me a thought-provoking message from sunny Florida, challenging me to reflect on the relationship between our inner perceptions and external reality. He asked:
"How do we reconcile the 3Ps concept that 'it's all just thought' with the undeniable external feedback we constantly receive from the world around us?"
(If you've been following my work over the past decade, you may have noticed that I tend to avoid the phrase "just thought"—and for good reason.)
Joseph's question sparked an insightful conversation between us, giving me a chance to clarify my particular understanding of Sydney Banks' teachings, as well as to explore the profound practical implications of how we perceive and navigate reality.
I'm delighted to share our recorded discussion as this week's podcast episode.
Here are a few highlights from our conversation:
Why transformation is always ontologically based and embodied (and what that means in practical terms).
How our experience of reality is essentially a simulation—and how deeply understanding the "rules" of this simulation can profoundly impact your life.
The critical difference between transformation and mastery—and why confusing the two can seriously limit your growth.
Why direct engagement with reality is essential for genuine insight and meaningful change.
We also explored the intersection between my approach (informed by the Three Principles) and Joseph's work, which integrates NLP, hypnosis, and his unique "MythoSelf Process."
One thing worth noting: what you're going to hear is a conversation between two friends and colleagues, comparing and seeking to better understand each others' "maps of reality". As such, it's not a coaching or teaching session (though there's still plenty to discover).
This conversation is particularly valuable if you're committed to making a meaningful impact—whether as a coach, speaker, leader, or in your own personal journey of transformation.
Big love, Jamie

This week, I'm sharing a clip from one of my recent program calls, focused on discovering your authentic voice.
Here's a glimpse of what's inside:
- The unexpected insight I had about authenticity while attending a public speaking course.
- A surprising comedy lesson that completely changed the way I think about developing your voice.
- Why your audience might actually be your greatest ally in expressing your true self.
If you've ever wondered how to communicate more authentically and resonate deeply with others, this video is for you.

I've got a short, 4-minute clip that dives into a question I hear all the time: Are non-duality and the Three Principles really different? And what if you love them both?
In it, I explore why they're actually pointing to the same truth in different ways, a key distinction that sets the 3 Principles apart, and how you can blend whatever resonates to spark new insights - for yourself, your loved ones, and your clients.
If this catches your interest, I think you'll really enjoy this conversation.

This week, I'm sharing the full recording of the masterclass I delivered on Wednesday, exploring a topic that's clearly resonating with a lot of people: Impostor Syndrome.
Here's a sneak peek at what's inside:
- Why impostor syndrome appears exactly when you're on the right track (and what it's trying to tell you)
- The most overlooked element in becoming an inspiring, transformational speaker (it's not about technique)
- A live coaching demonstration on dissolving impostor syndrome in real-time
If you've ever held back from stepping into your full voice—whether with a client, a group, or an audience—you might find this particularly valuable.

My friend Jonathan Armes at Capital Shift invited me to have a conversation exploring the topic of "Transforming Setbacks into Success" and he's given me permission to share the full recording with you.
We took a deep dive into something that affects us all: how we deal with setbacks in life and work, and what changes when we really understand how our mind works.
So whether you're facing a challenge right now or want to support someone who is (friend, client, colleague or loved one), this was created with you in mind.
Here's some of what we covered:
- Why obstacles are often just stepping stones—raw material for your transformation.
- Why insight beats positive thinking every time (real breakthroughs come from fresh perspectives, not just pushing harder).
- How to break free from victimhood, remember who you really are, and move through setbacks with more freedom and flow.
Tons of love,
Jamie

This week, I'd love to share a clip from a recent masterclass exploring how our everyday personality can align with who we truly are.
Here's what's inside:
- Why the spark of who you really are never disappears, no matter how disconnected you feel.
- Seeing beyond old illusions of ugliness or brokenness within.
- A simple shift that lines up your personality with peace and possibility.
- An illuminating diagram (courtesy of my beloved Emma McDevitt) highlighting the relationship between the truth of our being, our unique qualities and our ego identity.
If you're listening to the audio version and want to see the diagram, you can watch the video here: https://youtu.be/4eJbNoZ2yB8
"You might call it source energy, or god, or divine intelligence… Bohm calls it the implicate order [...[ Your soul or spirit - however you wanna think about it - that's a local instantiation in you of that universal divinity."

Earlier this month, I had the privilege of speaking at a Masterclass hosted by my dear friend Simon Paine, co-founder of the Rebel Business School. Simon is a Clarity Coach and a successful entrepreneur in his own right, and it's always a pleasure to speak with his community.
One of the highlights of the session was a live coaching demo I did with Evie, who shared her struggles with imposter syndrome and her dream of stepping into her full potential.
What unfolded was one of those transformative conversations that cuts through noise and gets to the heart of what really holds us back - and what's possible when we trust the wisdom within.
In this week's podcast episode, you'll discover:
After our session, Evie sent me a heartfelt email about her experience. With her permission, here's what she shared:
Hi Jamie
I just wanted to drop a personal thank you for yesterday's Master Transformational Impact session via Rebel Business School.
Whilst I found the whole session to be inspirational, the one on one section did exactly as it said on the tin. I've awoken today with a released sense of clarity and purpose. So much of what you spoke about resonated deeply with me, and our conversation cracked open something inside that I've been working on for a number of years.
It felt as though in that held space I finally felt my heart take over from the negativity in my brain. It was powerful.
So, thank you again. I am truly grateful for our conversation yesterday.
Warmest wishes
Evie Jones

This week, I'm sharing a reflection on a topic that's fascinated me for a long time: vision, purpose, and the question of goals.
Once we come into contact with the principles understanding, many of us discover that happiness isn't tied to achieving goals, and this realization can be incredibly freeing.
But sometimes, we risk throwing the baby out with the bathwater, thinking that if life doesn't need to look a certain way for us to be okay, then goals don't matter at all.
It turns out that (as with most things) there are subtleties at play here. In this session, I explore:
Why your dreams, heart's desires, and creative impulses are a vital expression of life itself.
How honoring your purpose and collaborating with life can lead to clarity and direction in surprising ways.
A recent breakthrough my team and I had when we reconnected with the wisdom and intelligence within us—and how it's shaping our work.
It turns out that when it comes to the goals that are deeply aligned with who you most truly are and what you're most inspired to create, there's a perspective that can be profoundly helpful. That's what we explore here:
I hope it sparks fresh insights into how you approach your own vision, purpose, and goals.
Tons of love,
Jamie
