From looking at your fixed costs to shotgunning a beer at 9:45 AM, Justin, Steven, and Bruce have a great conversation about how hard it is to own a business right now. “We all know the feeling of waking up at 3 AM terrified about the people you’re responsible for,” Justin opines.

He continues: “But now is the time to swallow your pride and ask for help. If you don’t need a handout, don’t take it - pay your bills if you can. But if you can’t, don’t panic. Everyone has provisions. All of these people will defer loans. They will defer the payments. If they can’t do that, maybe you can pay interest only. Just don’t bury your head in the sand. You’re not alone in this. You will survive this!”

Once this passes (and it will pass!) your team will feel like they’ve fought a war together. The camaraderie will be incredible. The loyalty will be unparalleled. Screen printing is not going away. But the only way out of this mess is to keep pushing through it. Keep pushing, #printhustlers!
